HALESOWEN College has held onto two awards for customer service for students after top marks from assessors.
The college is one of only a handful to win and retain its Customer Service Excellence Award and its Matrix Standard for Advice and Guidance.
Its customer services manager Paul Bywater said: ”I am very pleased the college has retained these prestigious awards, this is a reflection of the high quality of staff working with students.”
