Halesowen school pupils were treated to a performance of a play in French to improve their language skills.
Onatti Theatre Company performed What Am I Going To Do? at Windsor High.
The action was entirely in French.
Yvonne Talbot, school press and publicity officer, said: "The students have gained a lot from it. To see a play performed in a foreign language is something different - it makes it really interesting."
Students aged 14 to 16 enjoyed the experience at the Richmond Street school. It is hoped it will help them when they take their French GCSEs.
