A Cradley project aimed at preventing child sex abuse has been given a Smart car by an anonymous donor.
Black Country Stop It Now! in Barrack Lane will use its free new wheels to promote its service.
Martine McFadden runs the Barnardos charity which holds workshops for schools and social workers and gives advice and encourages abusers to seek help through a national helpline.
Martine said: "This is the most generous gift and is a really useful tool to help me promote the service to a much wider public free of charge.
"We don't know who donated it, just that they felt very strongly about the issue of child abuse and made the donation through one of our volunteer helpers.
"We'd like to have been able to say thank you in person but have passed on our gratitude via the volunteer."
