I would like to send out a thank you to all UK Independence voters in the Halesowen area, this was the first time the candidates sat for these wards.
We will still be out and about in the community, helping people although we didn't win any seats this time round.
I would also like to let people know about the disgraceful manner of councillor Kenneth Turner when he was somehow elected on the night.
Whilst the count was going on he was having a go at candidate Caroline Dredge, putting her and her party down, he was also saying that her MEP was only innit for the money. Was that a bit of jealousy? How many MEPs are in his party?
Then when he went on stage he ripped into every party going. This was a local election not general election. He needs to grow up and think about the people he represents and act the way his voters would like him to act. Good luck in the future on voting cllr Turner out.
Stuart Henley, Halesowen
