Yet again the planners and council have let down the shoppers, and shops regarding the location of the bus stops and shelters causing maximum inconvenience to the public and the shops.
1) Lack of shelters and dangerous location regarding the footpaths 2) Shelters far apart so the public do not have choice if they miss the bus without walking across the town 3) Noticeable lack of trade for the shops is the same compensation for the shops, and will the shops suffer higher rents due to the changes, resulting in higher prices?
I hope the council has secured penal clauses in the contracts for 'overrun''.
I note that the weekend working does not exist, and there are sufficient inspectors on hand to police this, not the usual situation where there are not.
