Campers and caravanners are invited to join in celebrations at a Romsley site to mark 70 years of happy camping at the venue.
The Clent Hills Site, in Fieldhouse Lane, opened in 1937 after it was bought by club members in memory of founder, Thomas Hiram Holding.
Since then it has played host to campers during the Second World War and survived threatened compulsory purchase by a water company, which wanted to flood it for a reservoir.
To mark the anniversary and as part of National Camping and Caravanning Week there will be a host of events taking place between Saturday May 26 and Friday June 1 including competitions, games, table-top sales and a barbecue.
