HEALTHY lifestyle drop-in sessions for young people in Sandwell are set to be held in Rowley Regis.
The free sessions at Springfield children’s centre is open to children aged from five up to 19 and their parents or carers.
Councillor Elaine Costigan, Sandwell Council’s cabinet member for public health and protection, said: “The sessions are a really useful way for parents and children to get advice on healthy eating, physical activity and anything else they have questions about to do with the health of their sons and daughters.”
The Rowley Regis sessions will take place at the Dudley Road centre on Wednesday, September 26, November 28 and January 30 between 1pm and 4pm.
