AN appeal has been launched after a man suffered serious head injuries after being assaulted as he left a train at Rowley Regis rail station.
The British Transport Police have today (January 14) released CCTV images of three men they wish to speak to about the incident, which took place at around 11.15pm on November 30.
Police said three men were involved in a verbal altercation with the victim on board a train.
The victim, a 51-year old man, was assaulted as he left the train at Rowley Regis and he was then followed onto the street and assaulted further.
He was left with serious head injuries and has now been discharged from hospital.
Officers believe the men in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
