THE most expensive streets in Halesowen over the past five years have been revealed in new data.
Homes sales company Property Solvers have tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016.
They have gathered five year’s worth of sold house data to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the B62 and B63 postcodes.
St Kenelms Road in Romsley came out on top where three properties sold for an average of £911,666.
This was followed by Halesowen Road where three properties were snapped up for an average of £520,666.
This was followed by Woodfield Lane where three properties sold for an average of £500,000.
Lodge Close, Bromsgrove Road, Dark Lane and Cloister Drive also made the top ten.
At the other end of the scale, the cheapest street was Netherend Lane where six properties sold for an average price of £62,166.
Apperley Way saw 5 properties sold for an average of £70,800 and 11 properties were sold for an average of £74,000 on Glynn Crescent.
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers, said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Holt Lane (B62) sold for £950,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £59,500 and under on Andrew Road (B63), Wychbury Court (B63) and Worcester House (B63).”
