A DRIVER allegedly ran away from police after crashing into a vehicle in Halesowen.
Police on patrol in the town initially spotted a stolen car, with the driver failing to stop for police.
The car then collided with another vehicle and the driver allegedly ran off, according to police. Following an extensive search, officers were unable to locate the driver.

A knife was seized as well as other items from the car for forensic testing.
A tweet posted by Dudley Town Police today (September 8) said: "On patrol in Halesowen we saw this stolen car.
"The driver failed to stop & ran after colliding with another vehicle. Unfortunately despite an extensive area search we could not locate the driver.
