A BID for a new house in a Halesowen garden has been given the go-ahead.
The three-bedroom detached home will be built in the garden of 61, Lyttleton Avenue, despite an objection from one neighbour.

Council planners said: "The dwelling is considered of appropriate design and would cause no undue harm to neighbour amenity, as well as complying with the council's adopted parking standards."
It will have two parking spaces, one at the front and one at the rear of the new home, which would mimic the detached house which is already there.
A neighbour objected saying: "The cul-de-sac is only wide enough for one car even when no cars are parked.
"Most of the households have more than one car, some have three or four vehicles.
"This means that emergency, delivery and refuse vehicles can only just access the road as it is."
The application was identical to one which was granted permission in 2019, which has since expired.
