Sales notes state it is a "super self-build opportunity situated on a popular residential road in North Halesowen, this corner plot is being offered with no upward chain with the benefit of fully granted planning subject to conditions for a three bed detached.
"Estimated gross development value (GDV) in the region of £275-290,000 subject to satisfactory specification and relevant sign-off consents and documentation."
They go on to say: "The location is popular for many reasons, but to name a few are; its wonderful transport links being only a short distance from the Hagley Road the main vein into Birmingham City Centre.
"Coupled with its close proximity to Rowley Regis train station in footfall accessing the Birmingham Worcester line and close proximity to junction 3 of the M5 accessing the national motorway network.
"Green hill playing fields are a short distance from the site with the ever-popular Leasowes park a slightly further walk on.
"For those longer weekend walks Clent National Trust Hills are a short drive away.
"The property would fall in the catchment for sought-after primary and secondary schools."
One neighbour objected to the new house, saying: "The cul-de-sac is only wide enough for one car even when no cars are parked.
"Most of the households have more than one car, some have three or four vehicles.
"This means that emergency, delivery and refuse vehicles can only just access the road as it is."
