MERRY Hill has welcomed a new community-focused Nike Unite concept store to the mall.
The store opened on the Lower Mall yesterday (Thursday May 11).
It aims to offer shoppers everyday essentials and fresh seasonal stock that has been locally curated at affordable prices – including athletic footwear, clothing, equipment, and accessories – for men, women, and children.
The store is designed to reflect the heart and spirit of the community with design elements honouring local landmarks and athletes.
It will also host in-and-out-of-store experiences, including Nike’s Made to Play programme which will support nearby schools and non-profits to give children the tools and opportunities to stay active, as well as inspiring and teaching a network of ‘Playmakers’ to help make a difference in the community.
Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill, said: “It’s great to see a well-known brand like Nike making their regional debut with a community-focused store that truly reflects, takes inspiration from, and celebrates our visitors.”
