A NEW Greggs cafe is set to open at the Cornbow Shopping Centre in Halesowen.
The cafe is in the former Select store opposite Costa Coffee on the lower mall and will open imminently.
The former Greggs store will continue to operate until the new cafe is open.
Cornbow Centre manager Eve O'Connor said Greggs' expansion showed how well the town is doing.
She said: "It's great.
"It looks fantastic, we are really chuffed. It has been handed over to the retail team now so it should be opening soon.
"It shows that existing retailers have confidence in the town and are investing in the town, which is great for Halesowen and shows the town is vibrant and thriving."
Scrivens opticians is also moving to a larger unit at the former shoezone unit.
Select has moved into a new unit next to Bonmarche.
Greggs has been contacted for comment.
