Take a look at this brand new home style at a development in Cradley Heath.
Bromford, the new homes provider, has revealed its latest modern home style, the Bourne, at its Park Lane shared ownership development.
Built by Countryside Partnerships, the Bourne is a three-bedroomed home designed with contemporary living and flexibility in mind.

At the heart of the home is a large living space for hosting, relaxing or family activities, and a fitted kitchen-dining area leading out into a landscaped garden.
The development sits close to the popular commuter route, the A458, linking Halesowen and Stourbridge and a range of destinations further beyond.
The development is also a stone's throw away from Homer Hill Park, nearby schools, a variety of gyms and eateries and the River Stour.
The house builder aims to allow buyers in the development to have a foot in both urban life and the Worcestershire countryside.
The shared ownership programme was set up to help first-time buyers and non-property owners to get on the ladder.
Those interested pay a mortgage on the portion they own and rent the remaining share, consequently only needing a smaller deposit.
Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, said: "We are incredibly excited to be pulling back the curtain on this brand-new home style at Park Lane.
"Our partnership with Countryside means that these homes will be built to a high specification, and as such we don't expect the Bourne to be on the market for too long."
