A PLOT of Halesowen woodland is up for sale with a £35k price tag.
The 1.39acre plot of woodland off Hawne Lane is being sold by agent G Herbert Banks, of Great Witley.
Offers are invited by midday on Wednesday June 19, with the guide price set at £35k.
Sales notes state: "G Herbert Banks is pleased to be able to offer to the market this well-located parcel of land just outside of Halesowen.
"The land extends to 1.39 acres."
The land is between Princess Crescent and The Hawnelands, off Hawne Lane.
