Police are investigating after a number of shots were fired in Oldbury this afternoon.
West Midlands Police said they were called to Grafton Road at 2.30pm today (Sunday, June 9) to reports of shots being fired.
Officers said they do not believe anyone was injured.
The road remains closed whilst officers work at the scene and motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police by calling 101.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “We're investigating after a number of shots were fired on Oldbury this afternoon.
“The road remains closed as officers work at the scene, and motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
