PARENTS and carers are being asked to share their experience of local family hubs across Dudley in a short online survey.
Dudley Council launched the five hubs (previously known as family centres) last summer in Brierley Hill, Coseley, Dudley, Lye and Stourbridge.
The hubs form part of a wider Dudley family hub network offering services for families including parenting groups, baby clinics, pre-natal and family support.
Now nearly 12 months on, council bosses say they want to understand how well the hubs have been received and how services could be improved.
The survey can be completed at - https://www.dudley.gov.uk/residents/early-years-and-childcare/dudley-family-hub-network/
Catherine Driscoll, director of children’s services at Dudley Council, said: "When we launched the new local family hubs last summer, we wanted to provide a space where families could connect with one another and access the support and information they need.
"It’s important we now take stock and ensure the services we are providing are right for our families. All the feedback we receive will help us to continually improve what we do, so please take a few moments to complete our survey."
The closing date for the survey is Monday July 15 at 5pm.
