There is a hall, understairs cupboard, two reception rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor and a landing, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
Viewings are being staged from next week.
Meanwhile 32 Causeway Green Road, Oldbury is coming up at the same auction with a guide price of between £29k-£34k.
The mid-terrace has two reception rooms, an understairs cupboard, rear lobby and kitchen on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
Sales notes state it is in need of modernisation.
