A MAN has appeared in court charged with the murder of Mohammed Osman Khan who was stabbed to death in Dudley.
Annib Khan appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Monday (June 24) charged with murdering the 45-year-old father-of-four from Dudley.
He was also charged with possessing a kitchen knife in a public place.
The 29-year-old, of New Road, Netherton, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court today (Tuesday June 25).
He was remanded in custody to appear at a pre-trial plea hearing at the crown court on August 2, 2024.
Magistrates court documents state that Khan is charged with murdering Mohammed Osman Khan in Dudley on Friday June 21.
His co-accused Zayn Khan, of Warrens Hall Road, Dudley also appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Monday (June 24) charged with affray.
The 21-year-old denied the charge and will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court for a trial, with the next hearing scheduled for July 22.
The incident left Buffery road closed.
The family of Mr Khan released a tribute, saying: "It is with great sadness that we have lost our beloved Mohammed Osman Khan better known as Ozzie.
"He was a very fun, loving, loyal character and would do anything for anyone, a loving father, uncle and brother. He leaves behind his wife and four children."
