A CYCLIST hit by a car in Dudley has died, police have confirmed this evening.
A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was knocked down on the A461 Duncan Edwards Way at around 10pm on Sunday (June 23).
Tragically, he has since died from his injuries, West Midlands Police have said.
A police spokesperson said: “We're supporting his loved ones at this deeply distressing time.
“It's understood the collision involved a blue BMW 3 Series which was recovered a short time later. Three men were arrested and later bailed while our enquiries continue.
“Our Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is urging anyone with information, particularly with dashcam footage, to get in touch with us.”
