POLICE caught speeding drivers and motorists with incorrect number plates and illegal tints during a traffic operation in Halesowen.
Officers from the Halesowen Neighbourhood Policing team handed out "numerous tickets" during an automatic number plate recognition operation yesterday (Friday June 28).

They tweeted: "#OpAdvance. With the support of @CMPG (Central Motorway Police Group) we have conducted a successful ANPR in the Halesowen area.
"We have issued numerous tickets for incorrect number plates, tints and speeding."
They also seized a vehicle which had no insurance and shared a picture of it being towed away.
