Two more men have been charged in connection with the murder of a DPD driver from Smethwick.
Aurman Singh, aged 23, died after he was attacked in Berwick Avenue in Coton Hill in Shrewsbury on Monday, August 21, 2023.
He was attacked by eight men who were armed with weapons including an axe, golf club and piece of wood.
Five men have already been jailed for his killing.
Four men including one from Dudley – Arshdeep Singh, Manjot Singh, Shivdeep Singh and Jaddeep Singh (from Goodrich Mews in Dudley) – were found guilty on April 12 of his murder and were handed a 28-year prison sentence each.
A fifth man, Sukhmandeep Singh, was also found guilty at the trial of manslaughter and given a 10-year prison sentence.
Mehakdeep Singh, aged 23, and Sehajpal Singh, aged 25, both of Hohenzell in Austria were charged yesterday (Thursday, July 18) with murder.
Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court today (Friday, July 19).
