THE most expensive streets in Halesowen over the last five years have been revealed.
Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Halesowen postcodes.
Welbeck Close, Manor Abbey Road and Cloister Drive have some of the highest-valued homes across the area, according to the data.
On Welbeck Close (B62), three properties sold for an average of £532,666.
On Manor Abbey Road (B62), three properties sold for an average of £516,666 and on Cloister Drive (B62) three properties sold for an average of £476,666.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Halesowen include Apperley Way (B63) where seven properties sold for an average of £72,500, Netherend Lane (B63) where seven properties sold for an average of £73,857 and Dudley Road (B63) where three properties sold for an average of £74,333.
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Lodge Close (B62) sold for £755,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £39,750 and under on Worcester House (B63), Lime Gardens (B63) and Lime Gardens (B63)."
