A woman has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving in Halesowen.
Brierley Hill Police said the report was called in by an off-duty officer with the driver unable to "drive or stand straight".
Officers said the woman blew 123 in custody which is 3.5 times over the limit.
She has now been charged with drink driving and will be attending court.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for Brierley Hill Police said: "We have arrested another drink driver. This one called in by an off duty officer in Halesowen.
"She couldn’t drive or stand straight. The driver blew 123 in custody which is 3.5 times over the limit and has been charged to attend court."
