An insurance specialist is stepping up its net zero drive by partnering with a leading environmental advisor.

Oldbury-based Evolution Claims Management, known for using tech to handle claims for the UK's top insurance brands, has teamed up with Sustainable Advantage.

The partnership aims to improve company's environmental, social, and governance performance.

Sustainable Advantage, an external specialist carbon consultancy, has been appointed to collate and verify data, calculate the company's greenhouse gas emissions, and advise on carbon reduction options.

The goal is to achieve a net zero balance between the amount of greenhouse gas produced and the amount removed from the atmosphere.

The base year results have been set after analysing data for January to December 2023, with goals for emission reduction set for 2030 and 2045.

The company delivers customer experience in claims management and building repairs for leading insurance brands.

The privately owned business, launched in 2016, operates a fixed fee model whereby charges remain the same regardless of the repair value.
