POLICE have appealed to the public for help to find a wanted man from Oldbury.
Sandwell Police have urged anyone who sees Andrew Oseman to call 999.
Taking to Facebook to appeal to the public for help, they said: “The 51-year-old from Oldbury is wanted on recall to prison.
“If you see him don’t approach him but call 999 immediately quoting crime reference number 20/17439/24.”
