A SIX-BEDROOM HMO in Quarry Bank has sold at auction for £114k.
79 Victoria Road was among the lots sold at the last Bond Wolfe Auctions livestreamed auction on Thursday October 24.
It had a guide price of just £49,000 plus fees but in the end it went under the hammer for £114,000.
Sales particulars described the detached freehold property as a six-bedroom HMO licensed investment property, standing flush to the pavement on a substantial plot, with potential for further development, subject to planning consent.
Advertised as part let/part vacant, the property comprises a hallway, kitchen, three-bed sitting rooms, shower room/WC, and store on the ground floor.
On the first floor there’s a landing, three bed sitting rooms, a bathroom/WC, and the property has double glazing and gardens outside.
More properties will be up for auction at the next online sale organised by Bond Wolfe Auctions which is scheduled for Wednesday December 11, starting at 8.30am.
