ENGLISH rock band Starsailor will be stopping off in the Dudley borough as part of a major tour.
The Where the Wild Things Grow tour, promoting their new album, includes a date at Stourbridge Town Hall.
The post-Britpop alternative rock band, featuring James Walsh (guitar, vocals), James Stelfox (bass), Barry Westhead (keyboards) and Ben Byrne (drums), will be performing at the Dudley Borough Halls venue on Friday November 29.
Formed in and around Wigan in 2000, Starsailor have released six studio albums to date including Love Is Here in 2001, Silence Is Easy in 2003, On The Outside in 2005, All The Plans in 2009 and All This Life in 2017.
They also released a greatest hits compilation entitled Good Souls: The Greatest Hits in 2015, featuring all 10 of their UK Top Forty singles including their biggest hit Silence Is Easy which reached number nine in 2003.
Supporting them in Stourbridge will be Alex Francis – brother of English singer-songwriter James Bay.
