Four Christmases stars Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn as Brad and Kate - a yuppy couple whose plans for an exotic Christmas in Fiji are scuppered when the airport becomes fog-bound.
They always avoid meeting up with their dysfunctional families on occasions, but this year they find themselves forced to attend four Christmas celebrations with each of their divorced parents and various siblings after they are caught on TV trying to board their cancelled flight.
The film, which features an all star cast including Jon Voight and Sissy Spacek has been panned by many critics, but contrary to expectations it was full of festive fun. Admittedly it wasn't a classic, but if you like a but of silliness - the sort of thing Vince Vaughn excels at - this was a movie full of laugh out loud moments.
One of the highlights was Vaughn's family of psychotic wrestling loving red necks.
This lighthearted Christmas comedy is worth a watch if you want cheering up.
