Crews will also be out again overnight ahead of predicted sub-zero temperatures.
The council also said it will attempt to collect bin bags and recycling boxes from main roads and where safe to do so.
Trade waste collections are currently suspended and should take place on Saturday morning.
Home care services are running as normal.
All libraries are open with the exception of Woodside Library Link which is based at Woodside Primary School. The home library has been suspended today.
