IN the penultimate game of the season Enville were forced to settle for a losing draw against Himbelton.
After losing the toss the hosts opening bowler James Willis broke down in the first over with a torn hamstring, leaving them short of bowling as the visitors scored 252-8 with R Pretty top scoring with 52.
The pick of the Enville bowling was Adam Scott (4-36) and Jamie Tristram (3-32).
In reply, Enville once again lost quick wickets and were indebted to a superb 108 from Matthew Branch and 60 from Tom Bingham. With overs running out the rest of the batting could not keep up the pace and the match ended with Enville on 231-9.
