BOSS John Hill admitted the atmosphere at the Grove was "vicious" after Halesowen's loss to Barwell but said he understands fans' frustrations.
Back-to-back league defeats have left the Yeltz just a point off the Southern League Central relegation places.
Hales followed last Saturday's 2-0 loss at St Ives with defeat by the same scoreline at home to Barwell on Tuesday night.
The Yeltz again drew a blank as their run without a league win extended to five games.
Hill was left frustrated by disrupted pre-match preparations against Barwell but says fans have every right to question such a poor showing.
He said: "It was a bad night. You are looking for a reaction from the players after the defeat on Saturday but we just didn't get that.
"There were a few added reasons that the fans won't know about that made it even harder for us. We were again without Lee Hughes and Jack Rea but Tom Warmer broke down in the warm-up and then his replacement, Aaron Gilpin, got injured after 20 minutes.
"Asa Charlton turned up with a shoulder injury without telling us and Roland Agbor didn't get to the ground until 8.15pm. Overall it was just a disaster.
"The atmosphere was vicious at the end but I can understand that the fans aren't happy with a performance like that.
"They pay their money and they expect to see a decent performance and the right endeavour regardless of the team that is put out.
"There were fundamental factors that added to our problems but did the players that were given a chance step up? Absolutely not!
"I'm under pressure but no more than from myself. That can't keep happening and with a performance like that I should be under pressure.
"But we've been here before and turned it around and got back on track and I'll keep working hard to do that again until I'm told differently.
"We'll dust ourselves down and go again."
Hughes and Rea could both return for this Saturday's trip to Spennymoor Town in the FA Trophy.
